 Private Sessions.

  One-on-one sessions are the most effective and in-depth approach to getting you in shape and as healthy as possible. Christen will assess your current physical condition and design a program to attain your goals. The sessions are 60 minutes in length and most days will consist of resistance training. Training is either at on-site gym, park, or at your home (for an additional fee). Recommended amount of sessions will vary depending on your goal. $50/HR.

Group Class. $99

 The group class will be offered three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7pm and will be a four week program. If you are interested in joining please contact me for more info on location, pricing as I am getting a class started for December 2009!! 

 

 E-Coaching. $129

 Not living in the San Antonio area? This option will work best for you. Whether you are already a 'gym rat' looking for some new workout ideas or guidance on nutrition, a 'health newbie' looking for help in EVERY direction and need a comprehensive diet, resistance, and cardio program, all can be done through the internet. A four-week program with weekly workouts, diet, cardio programs, etc are emailed to you. Also includes consultations with me with questions, comments, feedback, and progress. 

 

 Nutrition Program. $99 

 Seven days worth of meal suggestions and options designed to fit your personal goals that can last for months. Recommendations of healthy vitamins, minerals, and supplements for optimal balance. Four weeks of consultations with me with questions, comments, feedback, progress, and if any changes need to be made. A meal program designed to put the healthiest foods in your body that works with your current schedule and goals. Counting calories are not needed. Portion awareness will be needed and focusing on the quality of what goes in your mouth for optimum fat loss is essential.

  • Instructions for turning your body into a fat burning machine while sustaining your lean muscle mass so your metabolism does not slow down is how this is designed.
  • Many nutrition programs put people on such a low calorie diets that the metabolism ends up slowing down, which eventually causes people to gain more weight back.
