10 Sessions Package
One-on-one sessions are the most effective and in-depth approach togetting you in shape and as healthy as possible. I will assess your current physical condition and design a program to attain your goals.The sessions are 60 minutes in length and most days will consist of resistance training. Because of my broad athletic background, I train clients using methods from Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting,Bodybuilding, and MMA. Training is either at on-site gym, park, or at your home (for an additional fee). Price INCLUDES training at Olympic Gym! NO Gym membership required!!
